Wife went in to buy a 2020 CX5. Process was painless. Marcus and Chris worked with our price range and got us in the car we were hoping for. Will definitely be looking here when it's time to replace my 2015 Mazda6.I believe the negative reviews about their sales department are people going in with unrealistic expectations.I can't speak about their service department just yet but will update my review when I do.

Where do I begin? Up until yesterday, 10/26/19, I owned a 2007 Hyundai Sonata that was showing it’s age and high mileage each and every day that I continued to drive it. A few weeks ago, I decided it was time to trade in my car for something newer and more reliable. Being that I was a Hyundai owner, I thought it would be fitting to go back to a Hyundai dealership to look at my options. I visited Myrtle Beach Hyundai which was nice, but they didn’t have the car that I wanted. I then visited Parkway of Wilmington and was treated terribly, which gave me a bad feeling in general about car shopping anywhere else. As a final attempt, I decided to go to Beach Mazda and test drive the Mazda CX-5. I did some research prior to going to the dealership and picked out a 2019 CX-5 Touring. I made a promise to myself that if I didn’t love the car after test driving, I would walk away. Within seconds of sitting in the car, I knew it was for me, but I was determined not to get my hopes up in case my experience in the show room reflected what has happened before at other dealerships. The sales manager, Chris W. sat down with me as well as Preston, my salesman, and allowed me to be transparent with them. I asked tons of questions, explained my past experiences, and told them what I wanted in order to leave with the car that I fell in love with and NOT ONCE did I feel judged or pressured. To make a long story long, Chris’s first offer to me was exactly what I could have only wished for. They took my 2007 Hyundai Sonata for more than any dealership would have and they pulled some strings in order for me to get approved because they knew how much I wanted that car. After 10 minutes of signing paperwork, I left with a 2019 Mazda CX-5 Touring! Thank you Beach Mazda for having faith in me and giving me the car I have wanted for so long. - A very happy customer
